After five months of hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce the launch on 1st July 2021. We wanted to make this new section the central point of our support to our customers for both mooveTeam and mooveGO.
As developers and innovation leaders for gamification products, we need to make information regarding our thought leadership, services, and trends easily accessible for our current and prospective clients. We endeavor to provide our client partners with the most accurate, up-to-date information and share our knowledge and expertise in the field of Team Building, Gamification, Tourism, Product Development, and Innovation.
Our goal with this new support website is to provide our customers an easier way to learn about Mooveteam products and services and to browse information based on their own choice. The new support website gives better access to mooveTeam and mooveGO documentation, FAQs, Support Forum & tech support tickets.
The forum is one of the most important sections of this new support website. It is the new “Knowledge Center” where our clients can share and find information of all kinds about our products. With the newly integrated search function, our users will be able to find any information amongst all sections including bugs, announcements, guides & tips, upcoming features, feedback, and suggestions.
From this centralized support site, our customers will be able to open tickets for any technical issues they found while using mooveTeam or mooveGO and follow up on the status at any time. There is also a new live chat feature available to facilitate communications between users and the technical team.
We will be constantly updating the content with helpful information, documentation, announcement, and client successes.
