Boost your Seasonal Bookings with MooveXR’s Built-in Themes

We all know corporate clients are always looking for truly engaging team-building. With Halloween just days away and the Christmas season right around the corner, this is your busiest time of year.

Clients want experiences that feel timely and culturally relevant, and we want to make sure you're getting the most out of the powerful tools already in your MooveXR Back Office.

This post is a timely reminder of how to use the Theme Selector and Custom Sound Gallery to wow your clients. These updates, released earlier this year, make it seamless to deliver immersive seasonal events.

The best part? You no longer need separate "skin" apps. It's all managed from one place, with zero extra friction for you or your players.

Your Seasonal Toolkit (Now Live in the Back Office)

Forget the old days of asking players to download a separate "MooveXR Halloween" app. This year, your entire seasonal workflow is unified and the skin app are no longer available in the app stores.

The Theme Selector

How it works: When you build a game, go to the "Event" tab. You will see a dropdown menu labeled "Select a theme to change event visuals, sounds, and style".

The result: Simply select "Halloween", "Christmas" or "Pirates" from this list. The standard MooveXR app, the one your clients already use, instantly transforms. The interface, icons, screens and gadgets will automatically show spooky ghosts, festive snow or a completely immersive "swashbuckling" experience with pirates.

The Custom Sound Gallery (from MooveXR 1.5.0)

How it works: The "Sound Gallery" (under the "Gallery" tab) allows you to upload your own audio files (like MP3s) for the Intro, Challenge Win, and Challenge Lose screens.

The result (This is the real power): This goes far beyond simple sound effects. It's about deep personalization. You can create a fully immersive experience by:

Recording custom voice messages: Imagine the CEO's voice welcoming the team, or a "ghost" whispering clues.

Using AI-generated voices: Create unique narrators and characters for your game's story using tools integrated to platforms like Freepik and Canva.

Using professional sound libraries: Download high-quality sounds from platforms like Envato Elements, Artlist, or Epidemic Sound to create a cinematic atmosphere.

Personalizing the content: This allows you to create audio that mentions team members ("Great job, Marketing team!"), the company name, or even the exact location they are in ("Watch out! There's something behind the fountain in the main square!").

This is how you turn a simple game into a memorable, hyper-personalized adventure. Add ghostly whispers for your Halloween games or sleigh bells for your Christmas events.

🎃  The Halloween Theme

It's October 23rd, and clients are finalizing their Halloween plans. Here’s a simple, high-value idea you can build and sell today.

The "Cybersecurity Trick or Treat" Game

Use the Halloween theme to create a fun, educational game about cybersecurity, a huge priority for corporate clients.

Story Hook: "In this haunted network, not all treats are what they seem. Some clicks bring candy, others summon your worst nightmare..."

Example Game Flow:

Intro Screen:

Text: "Welcome, brave souls, to the Haunted Challenge! The Cyber-Ghoul has hidden 5 traps in your network. Can you find them before they find you?"

🎃 Question Screen: (Quiz Challenge - Multiple Choice)

"TRICK OR TREAT? An unknown user named 'Bob' (a name you don't recognise) sends you a direct message: 'Hey, saw your profile. Check out this HILARIOUS Halloween video!' with a link: spooky-vidz.xyz. What should you do?"

Options:

A. Check the link on your phone first, not your work computer.

B. Ask them what department they are in to verify.

C. Encrypt your sensitive files before clicking it.

D. Do not click the link and report the user.

💀 Response Screen (Correct Answer: D)

Text: "TREAT! You spotted the trap. Never click links from unknown users, even if they seem harmless. Reporting the user helps IT block them. You've earned 50 👻 points!"

☠️ Response Screen (Wrong Answer)

Text: "TRICK! Clicking that link could have unleashed a nasty virus! Always verify the sender and avoid suspicious links. The Cyber-Ghoul is cackling... Try again."

🎄 The Christmas Theme (Start Planning Now!)

The holiday party season is when corporate clients book their biggest events. You can apply the exact same logic for a festive, high-value cybersecurity game.

Simply duplicate your Halloween game, select the "Christmas" theme in the Back Office, and swap your assets.

Story Hook: "The Cyber-Grinch is trying to steal Christmas! His 'Naughty List' is full of phishing emails. Can your team spot them all and save the holiday?"

Example Game Flow:

Intro:

"Welcome, Elves! The Cyber-Grinch has infiltrated the workshop. We need you to spot his traps and save Christmas!"

Question Screen: (Quiz Challenge - Multiple Choice)

"NAUGHTY OR NICE? You're using a new, free AI tool to help write your end-of-year reports. Which of the following is a critical best practice for using AI services?"

Options:

A. Read and understand the data privacy policy of the service provider.

B. Avoid mentioning specific company names, personnel, or customer data.

C. Beware of fake AI apps and browser extensions that might be malware.

D. All of the above.

Response Screen (Correct Answer: D)

Text: "NICE! You're on the 'Smart List'! Free AI tools can be security risks. You must check their privacy policy, avoid entering confidential data, AND ensure the tool is legitimate. Well done!"

Response Screen (Wrong Answer)

Text: "NAUGHTY! That's a partial answer, but not the whole story. All of those steps are critical to avoid giving the Cyber-Grinch your company's secret data! Try again."

Conclusion

This Halloween, and as you plan for Christmas, your creativity is the only limit. These seasonal themes and sound customization tools are already live in your MooveXR Back Office.

They are designed to help you turn any regular team-building activity into an immersive adventure.
