Collaboration on making cava is a great way to refine skills and take away something that will be cherished during the holidays. Traveling to a Cava winery and wine tasting would be a great way to loosen up and relax with coworkers. A tour of the winery and an overview of how to make it would be both educational and for the spirit of Christmas. Being able to cheer for a happy and healthy holiday season is bonding among coworkers.
Treasure hunt
A Christmas-themed treasure hunt would be a great way to bring coworkers of a team together. The Christmas edition of a treasure hunt would include Christmas trivia. There would be puzzles, multiple choice questions, and more all related to what Christmas is all about.
Photoshoot
Another team building activity would be to coordinate a holiday photoshoot with the entire company. Although it seems cheesy, this is a wonderful way to make the entire company feel as if they are a part of a family. Everyone works hard as individuals, and in teams, but knowing that at the end of the day, everyone comes together as one company is a great way to feel united. There are so many ways to create friendly and healthy competition in order to unite the company and learn more about one another.

Another way to create team building during the Christmas season would be to host a game night for the whole team. A Christmas-themed bingo will allow everyone to be in a relaxed and casual environment, taken out of the workplace. This allows everyone to be themselves and to bond over silly games.
It is very important for corporate settings to take into consideration that mental health is very important always, but especially during the holidays. Making it a goal to allow the employees to feel that the workplace can be a second home is very integral to maintaining the happiness and satisfaction of the corporate team. Happy workers are the most motivated and passionate about getting the job done right and correctly. According to research conducted by Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, “happy workers are 13% more productive” in the workplace (University of Oxford). Some of the observations that were included were that workers made more calls and faster calls when they were happier.
